Based on internal studies evaluating the stability of ENHERTU^® (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki), the temperature excursion reported is within available stability for the product.

This information is being provided to support only the temperature excursion reported. Daiichi Sankyo does not recommend use of ENHERTU^® (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) other than what is described in the full Prescribing Information. Pharmaceutical product should only be used within its designated expiration date. The decision to use the product for its intended use should be made by the treating physician and health care providers in full consultation of the Prescribing Information.

According to the ENHERTU^® (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) Prescribing Information, ENHERTU^® (fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) vials should be stored in the refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (36°F to 46°F) in the original carton to protect from light until time of reconstitution. Do not freeze. Do not shake the reconstituted or diluted solution.
